- • The Stewardship Coordinator supports the execution of donor experience and stewardship initiatives in close partnership with the Director, ensuring high-quality implementation across donor events, communications, campaign materials, and engagement touchpoints to advance InterVarsity’s mission.
- • Day to day, the role involves coordinating logistics for donor events such as President’s Fellowship gatherings and Vision Summits, serving as an on-site host, drafting and editing donor communications (including impact summaries and event invitations), managing stewardship touchpoints across the donor lifecycle, maintaining tracking systems, and supporting cross-functional coordination between Development, Communications, and Field Ministry.
- • The team operates within InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA’s Development department, working closely with Gift Officers, the Strategic Giving Team, and Communications to ensure consistent messaging, timely execution, and meaningful donor engagement aligned with organizational values.
- • In this role, the individual will deepen their project coordination and donor relations expertise, refine writing and light design skills using tools like PowerPoint, Canva, and InDesign, gain experience in fundraising campaign support, and grow in their ability to manage multiple priorities with precision and relational intelligence while contributing to meaningful donor relationships.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree preferred
- • 2–4+ years of experience in development, communications, project coordination, or donor relations
- • Effective oral and written communication skills
- • Proficiency in presentation and light design tools (PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe, etc.)
- • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
