📋 Description

  • As a Store Supervisor at Qodeworld in Jakarta, you will be the driving force behind the seamless and successful operation of our retail space.   • Your primary responsibility will be to manage the day-to-day activities of the store, ensuring that all operational processes are efficient, effective, and aligned with Qodeworld's high standards. This includes overseeing inventory management, visual merchandising, sales performance, customer service, and staff supervision. You will be the first point of contact for any issues that arise, requiring you to be a proactive problem-solver and a decisive leader.
  • A key aspect of your role will involve leading and motivating a team of retail associates. You will be responsible for their training, development, performance management, and scheduling. By setting clear expectations, providing constructive feedback, and recognizing achievements, you will cultivate a high-performing team that is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and achieving sales targets.   • Visual merchandising is another important area. You will ensure that the store's layout, product displays, and overall presentation are appealing, organized, and consistent with Qodeworld's brand guidelines. This involves creating attractive window displays, arranging merchandise effectively, and maintaining a clean and inviting store environment that encourages browsing and purchasing.
  • You will also be responsible for operational efficiency, including managing store opening and closing procedures, ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures, and maintaining a safe and secure working environment for staff and customers. This includes overseeing cash handling, security protocols, and maintaining store cleanliness.
  • Collaboration with the wider Qodeworld team, including management and other departments, will be essential. You will provide regular reports on store performance, share insights, and contribute to the development of broader retail strategies. Your feedback from the front lines will be invaluable in shaping the future of our retail operations.
  • This role demands a proactive, hands-on approach. You will be expected to be on the floor, interacting with customers and staff, and actively contributing to the daily tasks of the store. Your leadership will be demonstrated through your actions as much as through your directives.
