- • Own and grow a high-value territory of mid-market to enterprise property-management-company (PMC) accounts across the United States, carrying a seven-figure annual quota and closing 50K–150K ARR deals that span multiple Happy Property modules.
- • Run a disciplined, full-funnel sales process from first cold outreach through signed contract and successful hand-off to Customer Success; apply SPIN Selling, MEDDPICC, and value-based storytelling to compress sales cycles and protect margin.
- • Lead discovery calls, tailored demos, ROI workshops, and executive briefings with asset managers, regional VPs of operations, and C-suite sponsors; map complex buying committees, surface hidden objections, and build multi-threaded relationships that survive leadership changes.
- • Build and maintain a 3× pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting, targeted field events, channel referrals, and marketing-generated MQLs; leverage intent data, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and industry intel to prioritize the highest-propensity accounts.
- • Collaborate daily with Sales Engineers to configure pilots, scope integrations (Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, etc.), and quantify operational impact in terms of NOI lift, cost-per-unit reduction, and resident NPS improvement.
- • Champion HappyCo’s AI-first roadmap—computer-vision inspections, predictive maintenance, automated make-ready workflows—translating technical capabilities into board-level business cases that resonate with growth-minded operators.
- • Use Salesforce, Gong, and HubSpot religiously to log activities, forecast revenue within 5 % accuracy, and iterate on talk tracks; share win-loss insights weekly to uplevel the entire GTM team.
- • Travel 30–50 % for on-site discovery, property tours, and marquee industry conferences (NMHC OPTECH, AIM, NAA); represent HappyCo on panels and podcasts to amplify thought leadership and generate inbound demand.
- • Partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing to craft account-specific battle cards, ROI calculators, and co-branded success stories that accelerate late-stage deals and expand existing footprints.
- • Mentor junior AEs and SDRs through call shadowing, pipeline clinics, and closed-won retros; embody HappyCo’s Kaizen value by iterating on playbooks and sharing tribal knowledge in Notion and Slack.
