📋 Description

• As a Senior Product Owner for Costing and Rebates at Ferguson Enterprises, you will own the strategy, vision, and roadmap for critical financial systems that directly impact enterprise-wide costing accuracy, margin optimization, and rebate integrity—ensuring financial outcomes are precise, scalable, and aligned with business goals across 1,700 locations and 36,000 associates.
• You will operate at the strategic intersection of business, finance, and technology, translating complex financial requirements into actionable product direction while partnering closely with Finance, Accounting, and operational stakeholders to deliver solutions that support intricate costing models, rebate structures, and financial processes with uncompromising integrity.
• Day to day, you will define and communicate a detailed product vision and roadmap, conduct qualitative and quantitative research to prioritize initiatives, and implement competitive analyses to uncover market adjacencies and new opportunities that drive operational efficiency and business value.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to elicit, document, and prioritize requirements, ensuring business needs are not only met but exceeded, while clearly communicating changes and their alignment with Ferguson’s broader goals to leadership and internal customer groups.
• You will work closely with Project Management to ensure timely and properly scoped delivery, coordinate alignment between delivery teams, internal stakeholders, and leadership throughout the SDLC, and monitor product health through analytics and feedback sessions to provide ongoing commentary to leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience
• 2-5 years of Product Management experience, with preference for candidates possessing Finance and/or Oracle Fusion experience
• Proven experience in product lifecycle management, including practical application of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centered approach to sophisticated business and user problems
• Demonstrated ability to gain alignment and prioritization across multiple customer groups and lead cross-functional teams through horizontal leadership
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a performance-driven mindset focused on quality execution and measurable outcomes
