  • • As a Strategic Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving Stedi's growth by managing our most significant and complex enterprise clients. This position offers an exceptional opportunity to make an outsized impact on Stedi's overall revenue through strategic account expansion, identifying new partnership opportunities, and fostering deep, long-term client relationships.
  • • This is not a typical sales role; it demands a comprehensive understanding of Stedi's entire product suite, service offerings, and future roadmap. You will serve as the primary commercial point of contact, developing bespoke strategies and tactical plans to ensure the success and growth of our largest customers on the Stedi platform.
  • • Your core responsibility will be to cultivate and maintain robust relationships that will define Stedi's customer engagement strategy for years to come. This involves becoming a trusted advisor, deeply understanding client needs, and proactively identifying opportunities for them to leverage Stedi's capabilities to achieve their business objectives.
  • • You will manage a dedicated portfolio of strategic accounts, which collectively represent a substantial portion of Stedi's Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR). This requires meticulous pipeline management within our CRM, focusing on upsells, cross-sells, renewals, and driving increased transaction usage.
  • • The role involves end-to-end ownership of revenue expansion opportunities, from initial ideation and discovery through to successful execution. This includes identifying novel use cases for Stedi's platform, guiding customers through technical validation processes, navigating pricing and contractual negotiations, and ultimately ensuring seamless product adoption and value realization.
  • • Daily interaction with a diverse range of customer stakeholders is expected, including executive leadership, product managers, engineers, and operations teams. Communication will occur across multiple channels, including Slack, Zoom, email, and in-person meetings, demanding exceptional responsiveness and clarity.
  • • A key aspect of the role is proactively analyzing customer usage data and identifying product or payer-level insights. These insights will be crucial for addressing potential roadblocks to further adoption and demonstrating the ongoing value Stedi provides.
  • • You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including Solutions Engineering, Payer Operations, Data Analytics, and Leadership. This cross-functional teamwork is essential for supporting complex customer engagements, developing tailored solutions, and ensuring overall customer success.
  • • Success in this role hinges on becoming the customer's most trusted advisor. While ensuring customers effectively utilize the existing Stedi platform is standard, you will go above and beyond by helping them innovate and leverage the platform to drive significant business outcomes for themselves and their partners.
  • • This position requires a proactive, self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to take initiative, manage your workload efficiently, and contribute to a culture of rapid execution and continuous improvement.
