- • As a Strategic Account Manager at Sereact GmbH, you will be at the forefront of our mission to revolutionize industrial automation. You will be instrumental in nurturing and expanding our most vital customer relationships, ensuring they derive maximum value from our cutting-edge AI-powered robotics solutions. This role is pivotal in driving measurable customer outcomes and unlocking significant expansion opportunities across diverse sectors including Fashion, General Merchandise, E-Grocery, and Third-Party Logistics (3PL).
- • This is a dynamic, high-impact position that seamlessly blends strategic account management, customer success principles, and commercial growth initiatives within a rapidly scaling AI robotics company. You will be one of the foundational members of our customer-facing team, playing a crucial role in shaping how we engage with and support our enterprise clients.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to own the entire lifecycle of strategic customer relationships. This encompasses the critical phases of onboarding, driving deep adoption of our solutions, ensuring long-term retention, and identifying avenues for expansion. You will act as a trusted advisor, building strong rapport and credibility with both operational leaders and executive stakeholders within our client organizations.
- • A key objective is to drive tangible value realization and a clear return on investment (ROI) for our customers. Through proactive and strategic account management, you will ensure our solutions are not just implemented but are actively contributing to their business success and operational efficiency.
- • You will be tasked with identifying and closing expansion opportunities. This could involve securing new site deployments, increasing the throughput capabilities of existing installations, or expanding license agreements. Equally important is ensuring the renewal of existing contracts, demonstrating the ongoing value Sereact provides.
- • Developing and executing tailored go-to-market and account growth strategies will be central to your role. This includes planning and delivering impactful Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) that showcase progress, address challenges, and outline future opportunities.
- • Collaboration is key. You will work closely with our Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to effectively translate customer needs, feedback, and market insights into actionable input for our product roadmap. This ensures our technology evolves in alignment with real-world industrial demands.
- • Furthermore, you will play a vital role in building the foundational processes, playbooks, and best practices for Customer Success at Sereact. As one of the early hires in this critical function, your contributions will directly shape the future of our customer engagement model.
- • The role requires a proactive, results-oriented individual with a strong understanding of the intralogistics, automation, robotics, or industrial technology landscape. You should have a proven track record of managing and growing enterprise or strategic accounts, ideally within a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
- • Your ability to drive commercial expansion and achieve measurable customer outcomes will be paramount. A high degree of technical affinity is essential, and an engineering background is considered a significant advantage. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills are non-negotiable, as is fluency in English, with other languages being a plus.
