  • • Quantiphi is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Account Manager with a specialized focus on the Payor segment within the Healthcare industry. This pivotal role is designed for an individual who thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment and possesses a proven track record of driving significant business growth within named accounts. As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be instrumental in expanding Quantiphi's footprint and revenue within key Payor organizations, acting as a trusted advisor and a direct driver of both top-line and bottom-line performance for your assigned accounts.
  • • You will be responsible for cultivating and nurturing deep, executive-level relationships with C-suite stakeholders, senior leadership, and key decision-makers across business, technology, and procurement functions within your target accounts. Your ability to understand complex organizational structures and build rapport with diverse stakeholders will be critical to establishing Quantiphi as a preferred strategic partner.
  • • A core aspect of this role involves leveraging your profound knowledge of the Healthcare Payor industry. This includes a comprehensive understanding of current industry trends, the evolving regulatory landscape, digital transformation priorities, and the unique challenges and opportunities faced by Payor organizations. You will be expected to translate this industry expertise into actionable strategies that align Quantiphi's cutting-edge AI-first digital engineering and consulting services with the specific business objectives and pain points of your clients, ultimately delivering measurable business value.
  • • Strategic account planning and execution will be central to your success. You will develop, maintain, and meticulously execute comprehensive strategic account plans that outline clear growth objectives, identify key opportunities for expansion, and define the roadmap for deepening Quantiphi's engagement within each account. This includes proactively identifying new revenue streams and expanding existing engagements to drive sustained, multi-year account growth.
  • • As a business development leader, you will own the entire sales lifecycle, from initial discovery and needs assessment through to proposal development, Statement of Work (SOW) creation, and commercial negotiations. Your ability to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities, as well as upsell and cross-sell Quantiphi's comprehensive suite of AI, cloud, data, and analytics solutions, will be paramount.
  • • You will act as a proactive champion for innovation, continuously introducing new ideas and positioning Quantiphi's advanced services and solutions to address evolving client needs. This involves staying abreast of the latest advancements in AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and cloud technologies, and effectively communicating their potential to drive significant business performance improvements for your clients.
  • • Collaboration is key to success in this role. You will work closely with Quantiphi's internal technology leaders, solution experts, and global delivery teams to ensure seamless execution and the delivery of exceptional results. Aligning internal resources and client strategies effectively will be crucial for fostering long-term partnerships and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • • Ultimately, your focus will be on driving tangible, measurable business outcomes for your clients. You will be accountable for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, championing delivery excellence, and fostering the growth of long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
