- • Develop and align a multi-year business plan with strategic consulting partners within an assigned Alteryx sales region to drive revenue growth across all Alteryx products and solutions.
- • Achieve business development targets by expanding co-selling initiatives with strategic consulting partners to increase market penetration and revenue.
- • Coordinate internal and external marketing and sales go-to-market (GTM) efforts to ensure alignment between Alteryx and partner teams.
- • Understand partner business requirements and design go-to-market programs that generate market demand for Alteryx solutions within the partner’s customer base.
- • Ensure partners have the necessary skills, certifications, and operational capacity to effectively deliver Alteryx solutions to their clients.
- • Drive partner cadence and measurable progress toward establishing an "Alteryx First" relationship by setting clear milestones and accountability.
- • Execute partner strategy through leadership and coordination of partner activities across the assigned Alteryx sales region.
- • Manage alignment between Alteryx personnel (sales, product specialists, consulting, support, channels, and corporate functions) and partner teams to ensure effective communication, reporting, and collaboration.
- • Design and implement training strategies and certification plans to grow the partner’s Alteryx practice and ensure sufficient capacity to meet market demand.
- • Lead quarterly business reviews with regional and global sponsors to track progress on aligned GTM priorities and key work streams.
- • Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with partner executive teams to influence strategic decision-making and long-term collaboration.
- • Maintain deep knowledge of partners’ key industries, including business processes, financial metrics, performance indicators, and competitive landscape.
- • Deliver accurate weekly and quarterly sales forecasts to support strategic planning and resource allocation.
- • Influence and collaborate across geographically dispersed teams to drive alignment and execution of alliance objectives.
- • Operate with high autonomy in a fast-paced, evolving environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and market conditions.
- • Maintain exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail while managing multiple partner relationships and initiatives simultaneously.
- • Travel as needed to support partner engagements, regional events, and in-person collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- • Serve as a passionate champion for Alteryx’s partner ecosystem, providing thought leadership and program management to unlock incremental revenue opportunities.
