- • Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for a portfolio of 5–7 enterprise healthcare accounts with $2–6M in contract value, ensuring maximum value realization from Clarium’s Astra OS platform.
- • Drive net revenue retention by proactively managing account health, adoption, and expansion opportunities across assigned clients.
- • Build and maintain trusted relationships with operational, managerial, and executive stakeholders at leading healthcare systems including Yale New Haven Health, Stanford, Geisinger, Cleveland Clinic, and Kaiser Permanente.
- • Lead monthly executive engagement sessions and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to demonstrate measurable outcomes, identify risks, and align on growth opportunities.
- • Conduct regular check-ins and success planning discussions with client teams to ensure alignment with defined success goals and operational outcomes.
- • Monitor platform usage data, performance metrics, and health scores to provide actionable insights and recommendations that maximize customer impact.
- • Identify early signs of low adoption or customer dissatisfaction, and collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute remediation plans.
- • Champion Clarium’s best practice standards by guiding customers toward proven approaches that accelerate time-to-value and improve operational efficiency.
- • Surface and codify customer success patterns and best practices to inform and evolve internal methodologies and customer success frameworks.
- • Collaborate closely with Implementation, Support, Product, and Engineering teams to resolve client issues, improve user adoption, and streamline the overall customer experience.
- • Serve as the internal voice of the customer, translating patterns in adoption, friction, and unmet needs into structured product insights that influence roadmap prioritization.
- • Provide prioritized customer feedback and feature requests to Product and Engineering teams to directly impact platform development.
- • Partner cross-functionally to refine and scale internal customer success processes as the company grows.
- • Identify and align on expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities in coordination with the Sales team.
- • Cultivate customer advocates who contribute to public case studies, reference programs, and industry thought leadership.
- • Ensure customers consistently realize measurable operational and business value from Clarium’s AI-powered supply chain platform.
- • Balance strategic account planning with hands-on execution, maintaining ownership of the end-to-end customer journey.
- • Travel 20–25% for on-site executive engagements, QBRs, and account health visits, with access to a NYC co-working space available.
- • Operate in a fast-paced healthcare technology startup environment with deep data and engineering roots, where your work directly shapes product evolution.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- • 5–8 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a SaaS client-facing role
- • Experience managing relationships with executive-level stakeholders at customer accounts
- • Experience supporting healthcare, supply chain, or ERP workflows
- • Experience managing commercial relationships and outcomes
- • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
