This involves a deep dive into usage, revenue, cost, and margin drivers, necessitating the development and maintenance of robust operating models and rolling forecasts.
• • A core responsibility will be to establish and meticulously manage key performance metrics. These metrics will be crucial for measuring top-line product performance, understanding unit economics, and ensuring efficient spend, providing a clear view of the financial health and growth potential of our B2B products.
