  • As the Strategic Marketing Lead for Marketplaces at Veriff, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing marketing strategies for our fastest-growing business segment. This position is crucial for bridging a significant content and sales enablement gap, ensuring that our Marketplaces team is equipped with high-impact, professional, and meticulously customized materials to secure and expand our most valuable accounts.
  • You will be an integral part of our cross-functional Marketplaces team, dedicated to elevating the quality and effectiveness of all customer-facing interactions. This includes everything from the initial sales pitches that capture attention to the strategic Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) that foster long-term partnerships.
  • This is a highly cross-functional role designed for an individual who excels at bringing structure, clarity, and world-class storytelling to complex go-to-market (GTM) programs within the marketplaces domain.
  • You will partner closely with the campaigns team to develop and execute sophisticated 1:1 Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting key accounts. Your responsibilities will include owning the positioning copy and creative assets across various channels, such as landing pages, email campaigns, compelling pitch decks, and materials for in-person engagements.
  • A significant aspect of your role will involve collaborating with Sales and Solutions Engineers to construct highly customized 'deep dive' diagnostic reports for our Top 100 prospects. This entails analyzing specific vulnerabilities within their operations and building hypothesis-led decks that clearly articulate Veriff's value proposition.
  • You will proactively engage with the Account Management team to identify and drive cross-selling opportunities within existing key accounts. This involves reimagining QBRs to transition from mere reporting of statistics to strategic sessions focused on pitching the next value-add module or service.
  • Your core function will be to design compelling narratives and produce high-quality, professional sales and upsell materials for both new and existing customers. This goes beyond relying on standard templates, requiring you to deeply understand and address the unique context and challenges of each customer.
  • You will ensure strategic alignment with Product Marketing (PMM) and new logo acquisition efforts, providing critical support for plays focused on customer adoption, cross-sell/volume increases, and multi-product attachment.
  • Through close collaboration across various teams, you will guarantee that Sales and Account Management teams are consistently equipped with world-class materials essential for all prospect and customer meetings, empowering them to perform at their best.
  • Success in this role will be measured by the delivery of bespoke, high-quality materials to our Top 100 prospects, which demonstrably accelerate deal velocity and shorten sales cycles.
  • You will be instrumental in transforming Quarterly Business Reviews from routine check-ins into strategic opportunities that drive customer expansion, deeper product adoption, and increased lifetime value.
  • A key outcome will be ensuring that Sales and Account Management teams have clear visibility and seamless access to tailored content for every high-value interaction, enabling them to engage with confidence and precision.
  • You will master the art of translating complex technical capabilities into simple, executive-level narratives that resonate powerfully with marketplace leaders, making Veriff's value proposition easily understood and highly persuasive.
  • This role demands a strategic thinker who can understand the intricate dynamics of B2B SaaS marketplaces and translate that understanding into actionable marketing and sales enablement strategies.
