📋 Description

• As a Strategic Projects Lead at Handshake Technologies, Inc., you will own the execution of large-scale human data programs that directly power frontier AI model training and evaluation, driving real-time decisions that impact revenue, margins, delivery quality, and long-term customer relationships at global scale.
• Day to day, you will lead end-to-end execution of multi-week to multi-month AI data programs delivering double-digit millions in ARR-equivalent impact, coordinate hundreds to thousands of expert Fellows to meet aggressive timelines while maintaining quality and cost targets, design and adapt staffing models and workflows to improve throughput and margins, and partner directly with frontier AI labs and senior stakeholders to shape scope, resolve issues, and expand programs.
• You will join a mission-driven company powering 25 million job seekers, 1 million+ employers, and 1,600 educational institutions, with a rapidly growing AI data business that has scaled from $0 to ~$1B run rate and pays ~$60M monthly to over 30K individuals, working alongside talent from Palantir, Meta, Scale AI, and former YC founders.
• In this role, you will develop deep expertise in AI data operations, scale complex cross-functional initiatives under ambiguity, sharpen your analytical and stakeholder management skills, and build a track record of owning high-impact outcomes that shape how careers evolve in the AI economy.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4+ years of experience in operations, strategy, product, consulting, finance, or high-growth startups
• Proven track record owning complex, cross-functional execution with clear business outcomes
• Strong analytical and first-principles problem-solving skills applied to scaling operations
• Ability to make decisions quickly with incomplete or evolving information
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including with senior customers
• High ownership mindset with pride in end-to-end accountability
