  • • As a Strategic Solutions Engineer at Siro, you will play a pivotal role in deploying our cutting-edge AI capabilities within enterprise systems, tackling the most complex and high-value challenges our clients face. This position is uniquely situated at the dynamic intersection of product development, engineering, and customer systems workflows. You will engage directly with Siro's strategic enterprise clients, gaining a deep understanding of their unique operational landscapes. Your primary responsibility will be to design and architect solutions that are not only technically sound but also perfectly tailored to fit their specific business realities. Furthermore, you will be instrumental in translating these real-world learnings and successful implementations back into scalable, robust platform capabilities that benefit all our customers.
  • • This role is ideal for individuals who thrive on solving intricate, real-world problems, possess strong technical convictions, and are driven by the satisfaction of shipping impactful solutions that unlock significant value for clients. You will be the technical architect and trusted advisor for our enterprise accounts, owning the entire technical discovery process. This includes leading in-depth discovery sessions that span pre-sales engagements, the implementation phase, and post-launch optimization. Your goal will be to meticulously translate complex customer systems and intricate workflows into clear, actionable, and effective technical solutions.
  • • A core aspect of your role will involve delivering high-impact enterprise implementations. This requires designing and driving the integration of Siro's platform across various technical domains, including CRM integrations (like Salesforce), API and SDK implementations, data pipeline development, recording automation, and the orchestration of downstream workflows. A strong bias for measurable outcomes will be paramount in all your implementation efforts.
  • • You will also be empowered to build and prototype new, innovative use cases. This involves writing code, developing Proofs of Concept (POCs), and creating reference implementations. These artifacts will serve to validate novel approaches, de-risk complex integrations for our clients, and critically, inform and shape Siro's future product direction based on practical application and client needs.
  • • A significant part of your contribution will be shaping the evolution of Siro's platform through direct customer discovery. By identifying repeatable patterns, common challenges, and emerging needs across our diverse customer base, you will partner closely with our Product and Engineering teams. Your insights will guide the development of scalable platform improvements, ensuring we prioritize robust features over long-tail, custom-built solutions.
  • • You will serve as the primary technical representative of Siro for our enterprise clients. Building and maintaining trust with both technical and business stakeholders is key. This will be achieved through providing credible technical guidance, demonstrating real-time problem-solving capabilities, and facilitating informed decision-making by clearly articulating technical tradeoffs.
  • • As Siro continues to grow, you will play an integral role in building out our Solutions Engineering function. This includes helping to define best practices, establish effective engagement models, and set high technical standards as the team scales, laying the foundation for future success.
