• • As an Operations Excellence Lead at Upvest GmbH, you will be instrumental in shaping and elevating the operational backbone of a rapidly growing fintech company. Your primary mission will be to drive strategic initiatives that optimize workflows, enhance efficiency, and ensure the highest standards of operational readiness across the organization. This role is pivotal in supporting Upvest's ambitious growth trajectory and its mission to make investing as easy as spending money.
• • You will take ownership of Upvest’s entire operational process landscape. This involves meticulously documenting existing workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing streamlined processes that are not only efficient but also fully compliant with relevant regulations and internal policies. Your expertise will ensure that our operations are robust, scalable, and future-proof.
• • A key aspect of your role will be close collaboration with our product teams. You will act as a critical bridge, ensuring that new product launches and the integration of new tools are operationally seamless. Whether these initiatives are driven by upstream developments or downstream requirements, you will be responsible for guaranteeing operational readiness, thereby enabling swift and successful market introductions.
