  • • Voodoo, a global leader in mobile entertainment with over 800 employees, 7 billion downloads, and 200 million active users, is seeking a dynamic Strategy & Operations Manager to join its Ad Monetization team. This role is pivotal in maximizing the revenue potential of our diverse portfolio of chart-topping mobile games and popular apps, including titles like Mob Control and BeReal. As the #3 mobile publisher worldwide, Voodoo operates at the cutting edge of mobile marketing and ad technology, and this position offers a unique opportunity to directly influence a multi-hundred-million euro revenue engine.
  • • The primary objective of this role is to drive significant improvements in ad monetization performance across a broad spectrum of Voodoo's products. You will be responsible for analyzing key revenue drivers such as Average Revenue Per Daily Active User (ARPDAU), fill rate, effective Cost Per Mille (eCPM), Lifetime Value (LTV), and ad engagement metrics. By deeply understanding these metrics, you will identify strategic opportunities for structural enhancements within the ad monetization ecosystem. This includes optimizing waterfall configurations, refining in-app bidding strategies, developing sophisticated pricing models, and diversifying demand sources to ensure maximum yield.
  • • A core responsibility will be translating complex data-driven analyses into actionable, concrete plans with clearly defined and measurable revenue impacts. You will not just identify problems but will be empowered to implement solutions and track their success, ensuring a direct link between your strategic insights and tangible business outcomes. This hands-on approach is crucial for maintaining Voodoo's position at the forefront of the industry.
  • • Beyond performance optimization, you will play a key role in enhancing the ad tech stack. This involves close collaboration with our engineering teams to improve the mediation setup, develop robust experimentation frameworks, and fine-tune auction dynamics. You will be instrumental in structuring and leading A/B tests designed to maximize yield and long-term LTV, ensuring our technology stack is always optimized for performance and future scalability.
  • • Furthermore, you will be tasked with evaluating and integrating new ad networks, bidding partners, and innovative ad monetization formats. This proactive approach to exploring new opportunities is essential for staying ahead of market trends and competitive pressures. You will also be expected to anticipate and adapt to significant ecosystem shifts, including evolving privacy regulations, changes in platform policies, and the dynamic nature of auction mechanics, ensuring Voodoo remains compliant and competitive.
  • • This role also entails leading high-impact, cross-functional projects. You will be expected to structure ambiguous ad monetization challenges, breaking them down into manageable and actionable workstreams. This requires strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with various teams, including Product, User Acquisition (UA), Data, and Creative departments. The goal is to ensure that ad monetization strategies are seamlessly aligned with user experience and the overall growth strategy of our products.
  • • You will also contribute to building scalable processes and developing sophisticated dashboards to professionalize performance tracking and reporting across the monetization function. This will provide greater visibility and enable more informed decision-making at all levels of the organization. Your insights will also contribute to shaping the long-term ad monetization strategy and driving revenue diversification initiatives, ensuring Voodoo's sustained growth and market leadership.
