• • As a Strategy & Operations Manager/Senior Manager at Upvest GmbH, you will be instrumental in driving the company's mission to make investing as easy as spending money. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation and strategic growth of Upvest's Investment API, which empowers leading fintechs and financial institutions across Europe. You will be at the forefront of optimizing workflows, enhancing operational efficiency, and guaranteeing that Upvest is operationally ready to support its partners and its own ambitious growth trajectory. Your contributions will directly impact the ability of businesses like DKB, Revolut, and N26 to offer superior capital market investment and retirement planning solutions to their customers, solidifying Upvest's position as a key player in the European fintech landscape.
• • In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for defining and managing a portfolio of strategic initiatives aimed at streamlining and enhancing our operational processes. This involves a deep dive into existing workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes that align with Upvest's overarching company objectives and ambitious growth strategies. A core part of your day-to-day will be to own and meticulously oversee Upvest’s entire operational process landscape. This means ensuring that all workflows are not only clearly documented but also continuously optimized for efficiency and effectiveness, while strictly adhering to all relevant regulations and internal policies. You will act as a crucial bridge between the operational side of the business and our product development teams. A significant aspect of your work will involve close collaboration with these product teams to ensure complete operational readiness for new tools and product launches. This includes anticipating and addressing any upstream or downstream integration challenges, guaranteeing a smooth and successful rollout for all new offerings.
• • A data-driven approach is central to this position. You will be tasked with conducting in-depth data analysis to pinpoint inefficiencies, identify potential workload challenges, and understand cost drivers within our operations. Based on these insights, you will design and implement impactful, data-backed solutions to significantly improve overall performance and resource utilization. Beyond strategic initiatives, you will also oversee and optimize the daily operational execution. This involves proactive risk management, diligent maintenance of key metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and ensuring seamless delivery of services and operations across all relevant teams. Strategic workforce planning and resource allocation will be another key responsibility. You will analyze current and future needs to address workload peaks, support the scalability of our teams as the company grows, and enhance overall operational resilience against unforeseen challenges.
