📋 Description

• • As a Strategy & Operations Program Manager in Risk Ops at Stripe, you will lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that drive operational excellence and strategic transformation within Risk Operations, directly contributing to Stripe’s mission of increasing the GDP of the internet by preventing fraud and enabling legitimate business growth.
• • You will partner across Risk Product, Risk Engineering, Policy, and Data Science teams to scope, design, and execute complex global programs from inception to delivery, turning ambiguous problems into actionable plans with measurable business impact, while fostering Stripe’s Operating Principles and culture.
• • You will join the Risk Operations Enablement team, a strategic unit within Stripe’s Risk Operations organization responsible for building and operating core programs that enhance risk user experience and ensure critical business processes are effective, scalable, and aligned with dual goals of fraud prevention and user satisfaction.
• • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in risk operations strategy, strengthen your ability to lead through influence without authority, and gain experience driving large-scale operational change in a fast-paced, high-growth fintech environment—positioning you for senior leadership in strategy, operations, or risk management.
