- • The Summit Operations Manager is a newly created role designed to provide direct support to the President of the Summit Vertical and improve operational cadence across 11 business units within Fullsteam Operations, LLC, a leading provider of vertical software and embedded payments technology serving over 1,900 employees.
- • Day to day, the role involves supporting monthly operations reviews, gathering and analyzing BU-level and consolidated performance data, supporting planning and execution follow-through, partnering with BU leaders to improve KPI visibility and accountability, and working with finance teams to ensure accurate reporting inputs.
- • The Summit Vertical is a portfolio of 11 diverse software businesses spanning 10 industries, operating in a high-performance environment focused on disciplined execution, customer retention, growth, and value creation, requiring strong cross-functional coordination.
- • The person in this role will develop analytical and operational expertise, gain exposure to executive leadership and strategic planning, strengthen project management and data synthesis skills, and drive process improvements that enhance operating discipline across a fast-paced SaaS environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5 years of business analysis experience similar to audit experience, preferably with a public accounting firm
- • 1–3 years of experience in a high-paced, growth-focused, private equity-backed business
- • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong data analysis capabilities
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, with a focus on technology, or related field required
- • Strong project management and organizational skills with proven experience
