- • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale ETL processes to support supply chain data operations across Banner Health’s system-wide data warehouse.
- • Lead the analysis of complex business requirements to design scalable data integration solutions aligned with supply chain reporting and analytics needs.
- • Extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources using advanced ETL tools, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and high data quality for supply chain decision-making.
- • Develop and enforce database standards, data modeling guidelines, and quality assurance procedures for conceptual and logical data designs.
- • Perform data profiling, source-to-target mapping, and transformation development to optimize data flows and resolve complex data inconsistencies.
- • Construct technical specifications and documentation for ETL processes, ensuring maintainability and knowledge transfer across teams.
- • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve high-priority data errors impacting supply chain systems, with accountability for timely resolution and quality outcomes.
- • Participate in system-wide planning, strategic sessions, and cross-functional meetings to align data infrastructure with organizational goals.
- • Serve as a technical lead in maintaining the ETL environment for enterprise data systems, managing conflicting priorities and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- • Mentor junior team members in ETL best practices, data modeling, and data warehouse architecture.
- • Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple states and departments to gather requirements, present technical solutions, and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- • Support system-wide configuration and integration of Workday and agentic automation tools to enhance supply chain data automation and reporting capabilities.
- • Conduct capacity planning and external data interface specification development to ensure scalable and secure data pipelines.
- • Manage multiple concurrent projects with accurate estimation of resources, timelines, and deliverables to meet business objectives.
- • Ensure compliance with data security protocols and maintain documentation for data loading, maintenance, and access control procedures.
