📋 Description

  • As a Supply Chain Operations Coordinator at Agent Inc., you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, ensuring the seamless flow of goods and information across our entire supply chain. This full-time, remote position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a leading packaging solutions provider that is committed to innovation, sustainability, and exceptional customer service. You will play a critical role in optimizing our logistics, production scheduling, and inventory management, directly impacting our ability to deliver high-quality, cost-effective packaging solutions to a diverse range of industries including grocery, retail, convenience, food service, and agriculture.
  • Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and manage the intricate details of our supply chain operations. This involves meticulously tracking raw materials from their origin to their integration into finished products, ensuring that production schedules are adhered to, and maintaining precise inventory levels across all our operational sites. You will be the linchpin connecting our production facilities, warehousing operations, and the final delivery to our valued customers, ensuring that every step of the process is efficient and well-documented.
  • A significant aspect of this role involves close collaboration with our international partners, particularly those based in Taiwan and China. You will be responsible for maintaining clear and consistent communication channels to gather crucial updates on production status and shipment progress. Your ability to foster strong working relationships with these overseas suppliers will be paramount to anticipating and mitigating potential delays or disruptions, thereby safeguarding the integrity of our supply chain.
  • Data management and reporting are central to this position. You will be tasked with developing and maintaining comprehensive Excel-based reports. These reports will cover key performance indicators (KPIs), detailed order tracking, and real-time stock levels. Accurate and insightful reporting will empower our management team to make informed decisions, identify areas for improvement, and ensure that we are consistently meeting our operational targets and customer commitments.
  • You will also be actively involved in supporting our customer-centric programs, such as managing customer min-max inventory levels and coordinating delivery schedules to meet their specific needs. This requires a proactive approach to understanding customer requirements and translating them into actionable supply chain plans. Furthermore, you will liaise with various couriers, diligently tracking shipments from dispatch to final delivery, ensuring that our products reach their destinations on time and in optimal condition.
  • Proactive communication is key to success in this role. You will be expected to maintain constant dialogue with internal teams, including sales, production, and warehousing, to swiftly identify and resolve any supply chain or operational issues that may arise. Your ability to anticipate challenges and propose effective solutions will be highly valued.
  • Beyond day-to-day coordination, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the strategic improvement of our supply chain processes. This includes supporting initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and exploring opportunities for automation. Your insights and participation in these improvement projects will be instrumental in shaping the future of Agent Inc.'s supply chain operations.
  • This role demands a highly organized individual with an exceptional eye for detail, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote work environment. You will be expected to work independently, demonstrating initiative and a strong sense of ownership over your responsibilities. The ability to adapt to changing demands and maintain a high level of performance under pressure is essential. Your contribution will be vital in maintaining our reputation for reliability and excellence in the packaging solutions industry.

🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations coordination.
  • Strong proficiency in English, with Chinese language skills (Mandarin or Cantonese) considered a significant advantage for international supplier communication.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, crucial for managing complex logistical data and processes.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting, data analysis, and tracking; experience with inventory management software or ERP systems is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks concurrently, and thrive in a fast-paced, remote work setting.
  • Willingness and ability to work within US Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM PST).
  • Prior experience coordinating with international suppliers or vendors, particularly from Asia, is a strong preference.
  • An analytical mindset with the capability to monitor KPIs, identify trends, and contribute to operational efficiency improvements.

🏖️ Benefits

  • Competitive salary ranging from 1,500 – 2,000 USD per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
  • Full-time, remote work arrangement, offering flexibility and work-life balance.
  • Opportunity to work with a growing and innovative company in the sustainable packaging solutions sector.
  • Exposure to international supply chain operations and collaboration with global partners.
  • Professional development opportunities through involvement in process improvement and automation initiatives.
  • A supportive and collaborative team environment, even in a remote setting.
