- • As a Tier 2 Support Engineer at Ravio Technologies Limited, you will handle complex, high-impact technical issues that go beyond first-line resolution, including HRIS integration failures and data pipeline behavior across GCP infrastructure, ensuring timely resolution and proactive improvement of support processes.
- • Day to day, you will investigate and resolve escalated technical issues, act as the first-line incident owner coordinating with Engineering via Linear, analyze support ticket patterns for root cause analysis, develop and maintain the Knowledge Base with troubleshooting guides and runbooks, support customer onboarding data quality checks, and advocate for customer feedback in product discussions.
