• • As a Support Software Engineer for Robotic Systems at Havoc AI Inc, you will provide frontline technical support for mission-critical autonomous surface vessel operations, playing a vital role in ensuring system reliability and mission success for defense and commercial maritime applications.
• • Day to day, you will diagnose and resolve system issues in remote deployments, monitor live missions and logs for anomalous behavior, communicate with internal teams and field operators to collect diagnostic data, and use Linux, ROS, Docker, and Balena to troubleshoot onboard systems including networking, payloads, and software processes.
• • You will join a mission-driven team at the forefront of collaborative autonomy, working alongside autonomy, hardware, and software engineers to improve system reliability and support rapid deployment of advanced maritime robotic systems.
• • In this role, you will develop hands-on expertise in robotic systems operations, gain experience with real-world deployment workflows, and grow your skills in embedded Linux, ROS, and DevOps-adjacent tooling while contributing to internal tooling, automation, and documentation improvements.
