📋 Description

• • The SVP, Systems Engineering leads the technical delivery of Everway’s end-to-end commercial platform, powering the full Lead-to-Cash lifecycle by integrating sales, commerce, and financial systems to create a seamless, scalable ecosystem and a unified “Golden Thread” of data that enables growth and operational excellence.
• • Day to day, the role involves overseeing Salesforce (CRM/CPQ), marketing automation, e-commerce platforms, and ERP (e.g., Sage Intacct) to ensure accurate data flow; implementing modern DevOps practices (CI/CD, automated testing) and scalable API-led integrations; leveraging AI tools like GitHub Copilot and Salesforce Einstein to boost engineering velocity; partnering with Commercial and Finance leaders to reduce sales cycle friction and improve quoting speed; managing multi-disciplinary engineering squads (Salesforce, integrations, web, ERP) using agile, product-led delivery models; and owning the technology ecosystem’s performance, scalability, security, vendor relationships, and platform ROI.
