• • The Systems Administrator I serves as the frontline guardian of IT integrity for Dandy’s dental practice customers, ensuring technology supporting daily operations is stable, secure, and optimized.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with hardware/software installation and configuration, troubleshooting network, server, workstation, and cloud systems, monitoring system performance, creating documentation for CX and fulfillment teams, providing remote end-user support, assisting with IT projects, staying current with emerging IT trends, and participating in an on-call rotation for after-hours incident response.
