• • The System Operations Specialist / System Support Specialist role is critical to ensuring the reliability and performance of Interactive Brokers' global brokerage systems, directly supporting seamless trading experiences for clients worldwide.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring application, network, and system health; troubleshooting and resolving operational issues; participating in post-incident reviews; providing second-level technical support; monitoring batch jobs; analyzing workflows; acting as the primary escalation point for technical issues; and investigating real-time trade issues with internal and external stakeholders.
• • The role is part of the Technical Operations (TOPS) team in Hong Kong, which provides 24/7/365 global operational support to maintain the integrity of Interactive Brokers' technology infrastructure supporting its electronic brokerage services across stocks, options, futures, currencies, bonds, and funds.
