📋 Description

• As a Systems Specialist at Omnidian, you will be an essential part of the IT team, responsible for supporting and maintaining the global IT infrastructure, serving as the primary point of contact for team members needing technical help to ensure they have the tools to succeed in the mission to protect the planet.
• Day to day, you will manage daily operations including hardware setups, software troubleshooting, and user support while gaining hands-on experience with high-level infrastructure projects, reporting to IT leadership and contributing to the stability and efficiency of global systems.
• You will join Omnidian, a fast-growing Series C tech-enabled service company revolutionizing performance assurance for distributed solar and energy storage industries, a certified B Corp founded in the US in 2016 with global expansion to Australia in 2022, acquisition of Solar Service Guys in Australia in 2025, and a new talent hub in Costa Rica opened in 2026.
• As a founding member of the Costa Rica team, you will help build a brand-new hub from the ground up, contributing to the 'First Wave' experience and growing your technical expertise in a mission-driven, innovative environment focused on sustainability and customer experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience supporting and maintaining IT infrastructure
• Skills in hardware setups and software troubleshooting
• Ability to serve as primary point of contact for technical user support
• Experience working in a global or distributed team environment
• Familiarity with IT operations and user support workflows
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
