📋 Description

• • As a Systems Analyst at Exadel, you will play a critical role in ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of mission-critical financial systems that support global enterprise clients, directly contributing to the reliability of AI-powered digital transformation initiatives.
• • Day to day, you will support applications by analyzing and resolving technical and functional incidents, troubleshooting system issues for business users, planning and executing testing activities with end users, managing deployment and change management processes, maintaining documentation, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in systems and operational workflows.
• • You will join a global AI-first technology leader with 25+ years of engineering excellence, 2,000+ team members, and 500+ active projects serving Fortune 500 clients like HBO, Microsoft, Google, and Starbucks, working within a collaborative, evolving culture that values trust, respect, and purpose.
