📋 Description

• • As a Systems Engineer at Hims & Hers Health, Inc., you will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the company’s core IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations across Jira, Confluence, identity systems, and endpoint management platforms. Your work directly supports employee productivity and organizational efficiency in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
• • Day to day, you will administer and optimize the Atlassian Cloud suite (Jira and Confluence), build and manage automations using APIs and workflow tools like Okta Workflows and Zapier, oversee identity and access management via SSO/IdP solutions (Okta, Azure), manage devices through MDMs (Jamf, InTune), and proactively identify and resolve system friction points to improve the employee experience.
