- • Own full-cycle recruitment for Everfield’s UK & Ireland portfolio companies, spanning technical, commercial, operational, and leadership roles across SaaS, vertical-market, and legacy software businesses. You will design and execute bespoke hiring strategies that respect each company’s culture, maturity, and growth stage while embedding Everfield’s best-practice standards.
- • Source, screen, and shepherd candidates from first touch to signed offer, leveraging Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI-driven sourcing agents to build rich, evergreen talent pools. You will balance high-volume requisitions with niche, hard-to-fill roles, ensuring every hire is delivered on time and with an exceptional candidate experience.
- • Act as a trusted talent advisor to founders, CEOs, MDs, and senior hiring managers—translating ambiguous or shifting business needs into clear, data-backed hiring plans. You will run intake sessions, calibrate expectations, and provide market insights that shape role design, compensation bands, and interview architecture.
- • Champion AI-enabled efficiency across the talent lifecycle: deploy automated outreach sequences, AI interview notetakers, predictive pipeline analytics, and workflow automations that cut time-to-hire without sacrificing quality. You will continuously A/B test new tooling and share learnings with the wider TA community.
- • Navigate complex post-merger integration environments, guiding newly acquired companies through the cultural and process shifts required to adopt Everfield’s hiring methodology. You will run enablement workshops, create quick-start guides, and troubleshoot resistance with empathy and clarity.
- • Build and maintain real-time dashboards in Ashby and Workday that track funnel health, source effectiveness, diversity metrics, and cost-per-hire. You will translate raw data into executive-ready narratives that influence budget allocation and workforce planning decisions.
- • Partner with Employer Branding, HR Business Partners, and Finance to craft EVP messaging, refine referral programs, and ensure compliance with UK employment law, IR35, and right-to-work regulations. You will also manage external agencies, RPOs, and assessment vendors to optimise spend and performance.
- • Contribute to cross-regional projects such as interview training academies, structured hiring playbooks, and AI ethics frameworks. Your voice will shape how Everfield scales TA excellence as the group expands into new geographies and verticals.
- • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by running retrospectives, sharing sourcing hacks, and mentoring junior recruiters or coordinators. You will be the go-to expert for all things UK & Ireland talent, celebrated for turning chaos into clarity and ambiguity into action.
