• A significant part of your role will involve leveraging a variety of sourcing channels, including but not limited to, professional networking sites, industry-specific job boards, social media, employee referrals, and direct outreach. You will be adept at identifying passive candidates and engaging them with compelling narratives about Oceansxyz and the exciting opportunities we offer.
• You will be responsible for screening resumes, conducting initial interviews (phone and video), and assessing candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Developing and maintaining a strong understanding of our business, industry trends, and competitive landscape will be essential to effectively position Oceansxyz as an employer of choice.
• Furthermore, you will manage the candidate pipeline using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data accuracy, timely updates, and efficient workflow management. You will be a key contributor to improving our recruitment processes, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing best practices to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• This role demands a proactive and results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet ambitious hiring goals. Your ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders will be paramount to your success.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in full-cycle talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent pools.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, employment law, and HR principles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
