- • As a Talent Associate at Siro, you will play a pivotal and foundational role in building and fueling the top-of-funnel hiring efforts for our rapidly scaling organization. You will be the driving force behind our ability to identify, attract, and engage exceptional talent. Your responsibilities will encompass owning research, developing outbound strategies, cultivating robust pipelines, and optimizing workflows to create a repeatable and highly effective machine that consistently delivers high-quality, high-slope candidates.
- • You will collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and company leadership, ensuring that every talent search begins with a strong foundation and remains on track throughout the process. If you are a smart, tenacious, and process-obsessed individual, excited by the prospect of building a sourcing engine from the ground up (scaling from 1 to 10), this role offers an environment where you will thrive.
- • Your core responsibilities will include building top-of-funnel pipelines and sourcing exceptional talent across a wide spectrum of roles. This encompasses positions from Business Development Representatives (BDRs), Account Executives (AEs), and Demand Generation specialists to Software Engineering and Data Science professionals.
- • You will be instrumental in developing multi-channel sourcing strategies, leveraging platforms such as LinkedIn, Juicebox for email outreach, niche job boards, employee referral programs, professional communities, and industry events.
- • A key aspect of your role will be crafting compelling outreach messages that authentically reflect Siro's brand and resonate with high-performing individuals. You will be expected to continuously test and optimize these messaging strategies to maximize engagement.
- • You will maintain a high weekly outbound volume, with a strong emphasis on quality and personalization, moving away from generic "spray-and-pray" tactics. Utilizing data will be crucial for refining search criteria and improving hit-rates.
- • You will conduct thorough market mapping of relevant companies, competitors, and talent pools, building structured target lists tailored to specific roles. Staying abreast of industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and performance indicators such as President's Club achievements or quota attainment will be essential.
- • You will manage candidate responses, nurture warm pipelines, and conduct initial qualification screens as needed, ensuring a positive candidate experience from the first touchpoint.
- • Success in the first three months will be measured by your ability to build predictable, high-quality pipelines for a variety of roles. Recruiters and hiring managers will come to rely on your research and view you as a strategic thought partner, not merely a task executor. Outbound reply rates and screening pass-through rates are expected to trend above industry benchmarks.
- • You will be encouraged to introduce new tools, workflows, or automation that meaningfully improve sourcing output. A deep understanding of Siro's business, ideal customer profile (ICP), cultural bar, and what constitutes a "high-slope" candidate will be developed and applied.
- • Ultimately, you will contribute to sourcing multiple new hires through your dedicated efforts, directly impacting the company's growth and success.
