- • Own the end-to-end sourcing cycle for a hyper-growth, 900-person tech company that already empowers 4 million customers in 150 countries. From the first boolean string to the final offer, you will architect talent pipelines that keep Hostinger three steps ahead of its expansion roadmap.
- • Partner shoulder-to-shoulder with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to decode quarterly OKRs, product roadmaps, and revenue forecasts—then translate those business targets into laser-focused sourcing strategies for both technical (engineering, data, product) and non-technical (marketing, finance, customer success) roles.
- • Become the human face of Hostinger’s employer brand: craft irresistible outreach messages, design creative drip campaigns, and host micro-events that turn passive prospects into enthusiastic brand ambassadors—while continuously A/B testing new channels (Discord, GitHub, Product Hunt, niche Slack groups, local meet-ups).
- • Conduct rigorous screening interviews that go beyond the CV—assessing culture add, growth mindset, and alignment with Hostinger’s 10 core principles—then shepherd candidates through a friction-free process that boasts industry-leading NPS and Glassdoor ratings.
- • Feed the business with real-time market intelligence: salary benchmarks, competitor org charts, emerging skill clusters, and diversity mapping that enable data-driven workforce planning and proactive pipelining for roles that don’t even exist yet.
- • Build evergreen talent communities in Greenhouse, LinkedIn, and Gem; nurture silver-medalist relationships through quarterly check-ins, curated content drops, and referral nudges—turning “maybe later” into “when can I start?”
- • Educate and empower hiring managers to become mini-recruiters: run sourcing jams, share boolean cheat-sheets, and co-create outreach templates that multiply your impact across the org.
- • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion by designing sourcing experiments that widen the top of funnel—partnering with ERGs, bootcamps, and universities across Vilnius, Kaunas, and remote markets to ensure every seat at Hostinger is filled by exceptional, varied talent.
- • Iterate relentlessly: run retros after every hard-to-fill requisition, pilot AI sourcing tools, and pitch bold employer-branding hacks that keep Hostinger louder, prouder, and more magnetic than any competitor.
- • Never plateau. Tap into Reforge, Scribd, TesoXchange mentoring, and global conferences to stay on the bleeding edge of sourcing science—then bring those learnings back to upskill the entire People team.
