  • • As a Talent Success Manager at Pearl, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the long-term success, retention, and growth of the exceptional remote talent we place with our high-growth startup clients. This is a pivotal role where you will act as the primary advocate and support system for a dedicated portfolio of talent, fostering an environment where they can not only succeed but thrive and advance their careers.
  • • Your core mission is to transform placed talent into high-performing, enduring assets for our clients. You will be the dedicated champion for each talent post-hire, meticulously ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools, comprehensive support, and structured guidance to excel in their roles and align seamlessly with client expectations. The foundation of Pearl is built upon cultivating enduring, trust-based relationships, and your role is central to upholding and strengthening this commitment.
  • • You will be responsible for managing all talent interactions from the moment they are selected by a client. This includes orchestrating a seamless onboarding experience and providing ongoing support throughout their tenure. Your proactive engagement will be key to identifying and addressing potential challenges before they escalate, ensuring a consistently positive experience for both the talent and the client.
  • • A significant aspect of your role will involve the development and implementation of tailored up-skilling programs. These programs will be designed to meet the unique needs of individual talents and the specific requirements of our clients, fostering continuous learning and professional development. By investing in their growth, you contribute directly to their long-term value and client satisfaction.
  • • You will meticulously manage the areas of responsibility for each talent within your portfolio, establishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor their progress and identify opportunities for improvement. This data-driven approach ensures that performance is consistently high and that development plans are effective.
  • • Facilitating and leading talent onboarding bootcamps and specialized training sessions will be a critical responsibility. These sessions are designed to immerse new hires into the Pearl ecosystem, equip them with essential skills, and set clear expectations for their roles and client engagements.
  • • You will actively track Paid Time Off (PTO) days and address any attendance issues promptly, ensuring that client operations are not disrupted and that talent is managing their workload effectively and responsibly.
  • • A commitment to exceptional responsiveness is paramount. You will be expected to respond to all talent inquiries and messages on the same day, demonstrating attentiveness and reliability.
  • • Maintaining detailed and accurate records is essential. You will document all talent communications, Net Promoter Score (NPS) results, identified risk levels, and individual development plans within our internal systems. This comprehensive record-keeping provides valuable insights for performance management and strategic decision-making.
  • • Proactive issue escalation is a key function. You will be responsible for identifying and escalating any potential issues or red flags to the appropriate stakeholders immediately, ensuring swift resolution and mitigating risks.
  • • You will actively seek out and capture talent referrals, identifying opportunities to introduce additional high-caliber talent to our clients, thereby contributing to client growth and expanding Pearl's network.
  • • You will be accountable for key metrics that define success in this role, including ensuring talents achieve a 9+ NPS or are on a clear path to improvement, ensuring no talent remains in a 'yellow' or 'red' risk status for more than two consecutive weeks, maintaining 100% attendance for all coaching calls, ensuring 80% of talent are enrolled in up-skilling programs at any given time, generating 7 talent-driven referrals per month, and identifying 1 opportunity to grow a client's team each month. These metrics underscore the proactive, results-oriented nature of the position.
  • • This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, possesses exceptional organizational and project management skills, and has a genuine passion for fostering talent development and ensuring client success. 🎯 Requirements

  • • 3-5 years of experience in talent success, talent development, learning and development, or a closely related field.
  • • Proven experience in recruitment, coaching, and designing/delivering learning and development programs.
  • • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • • Proficiency in essential tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Zoom, and CRM platforms like ClickUp.
  • • Strategic thinking with strong analytical, organizational, and project management abilities.
  • • Experience in recruitment, outsourcing, or related industries (preferred).
  • • Familiarity with learning platforms and coaching tools (preferred).
  • • Strong coaching skills with the ability to guide and develop individuals (preferred).
