• • Lead and orchestrate the ML Engineering team at Kiefer Inc., driving AI innovation and ensuring alignment with company goals in a high-impact, fast-paced environment focused on sovereign AI infrastructure and Greek Large Language Models.
• • Design and implement structural frameworks for ML workstreams, establish elite engineering best practices, own the end-to-end ML roadmap, and mentor team members to foster continuous learning and career growth.
• • Join Kiefer Tech, the technology arm of Kiefer Inc., which leverages 12+ years of Green Energy engineering heritage to deliver cutting-edge AI, robotics, and enterprise solutions across Greece and the EU, with strategic collaboration with NVIDIA to strengthen technological sovereignty.
• • Develop expertise in ASR, large-scale ML model development, inference optimization, and MLOps while shaping the future of AI in Europe through work on LLMs, GPU workloads, and advanced AI product development in an engineering-first, high-autonomy culture.
