- • As a Technical Support Team Lead at Adyen in Bengaluru, you will lead a merchant-focused team that serves as the initial point of contact for global merchants, directly impacting their ability to process payments and grow their businesses.
- • You will lead a team that provides top-tier technical support by collaborating with technology, commercial, and operational teams across Adyen, guiding them in resolving complex technical challenges using deep knowledge of the Adyen platform, APIs, and integration best practices.
- • You will coach and mentor team members to excel in technical problem-solving and career growth, define clear objectives and KPIs, track performance using data, and drive continuous improvement in support efficiency and quality.
- • You will handle merchant and senior management escalations, contribute to global support strategy, and ensure alignment between commercial needs and technical support operations across time zones under the 'follow the sun' model.
- • You will work in an office-first environment that values in-person collaboration, diversity, equity, and inclusion, where your leadership helps sustain Adyen’s mission of being the financial technology platform of choice for innovators like Meta, Uber, and Microsoft.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least 3 years of experience developing and leading technical support teams
- • Ability to lead and collaborate effectively within geographically distributed, multicultural teams
- • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to define robust processes and procedures
- • Proficiency in internet technologies including SQL, HTML, JavaScript, PHP, Java, or scripting languages
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills
- • Willingness to travel as required
