📋 Description

• Join Qodeworld as a Senior Teamcenter Consultant and become an integral part of our mission to deliver cutting-edge PLM solutions to our diverse clientele. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your extensive expertise in Siemens Teamcenter to drive successful implementations, provide strategic guidance, and ensure our clients maximize the value of their PLM investments. You will be at the forefront of transforming complex business processes into efficient, streamlined Teamcenter configurations, directly impacting our clients' product development lifecycles and overall operational excellence.
• As a Senior Teamcenter Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to provide deep functional and process expertise across a wide array of Teamcenter modules. This includes, but is not limited to, Electronic Bill of Materials (EBOM), Manufacturing Bill of Materials (MBOM), Variant Management, Requirements Management, and Change Management. Your ability to understand intricate product structures, manage complex configurations, and facilitate seamless data flow will be crucial for project success.
• You will be instrumental in the entire project lifecycle, from initial client workshops and requirements gathering to system design, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support. This involves translating client business needs into actionable Teamcenter solutions, developing detailed functional specifications, and ensuring that the implemented system aligns perfectly with their strategic objectives. Your role will demand a proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail to identify potential challenges and propose effective mitigation strategies.
• A significant aspect of your role will involve customizing and optimizing Teamcenter functionalities to meet specific client requirements. This could range from developing custom workflows and business logic to configuring user interfaces and reports. You will work closely with development teams to ensure that any custom solutions are robust, scalable, and maintainable, adhering to best practices and Qodeworld's quality standards.
• You will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, building strong relationships and fostering a collaborative environment. This includes presenting solutions, facilitating decision-making processes, and providing ongoing support and knowledge transfer. Your communication skills will be paramount in articulating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and buy-in.
• Furthermore, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of Qodeworld's PLM methodologies and best practices. This involves sharing your knowledge, mentoring junior consultants, and staying abreast of the latest advancements in Teamcenter and the broader PLM landscape. Your insights and experience will help shape our service offerings and enhance our delivery capabilities.
• The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of product lifecycle management principles and how Teamcenter facilitates these processes. You should be adept at analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending innovative solutions that leverage Teamcenter's capabilities to their fullest potential.
• Your responsibilities will extend to managing project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for documenting project activities, configurations, and user guides, ensuring comprehensive knowledge transfer and system maintainability.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Siemens Teamcenter, focusing on functional configuration, implementation, and process definition.
• Proven expertise in core Teamcenter modules such as EBOM, MBOM, Variant Management, Requirements Management, and Change Management.
• Strong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) concepts and best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
