• • As a core member of our engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and owning products that our users interact with daily. This is an opportunity to work with Clojure(script), a functional programming language renowned for making software development a truly joyful and efficient experience. • • You will be instrumental in developing innovative solutions that address critical challenges for sales teams, such as unreliable deal data. Our AI agents are meticulously crafted to support sales managers, Account Executives (AEs), and RevOps professionals, automating the tedious tasks that detract from selling. By leveraging Oliv AI, sales teams can regain their focus on strategic deal management, insightful conversations, and ultimately, closing more business.
• • Your responsibilities will extend beyond coding. You will be expected to take strong ownership of the product, driving improvements based on direct customer feedback and in-depth product analytics. A key aspect of this role involves enhancing our engineering and product practices, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and improvement. You will also act as a technical mentor, unblocking fellow engineers by providing clear technical direction and guidance.
• • Furthermore, you will contribute to the growth of our company by assisting with future hiring, onboarding new team members, and nurturing a high-performing engineering culture. You will develop using Clojure(script) and Python, languages that offer exceptional tooling for iterative development, particularly through REPL-based workflows. A significant part of your role will involve critically examining current industry practices, reasoning deeply about their origins, and identifying opportunities for systematic improvement.
