📋 Description

• • As a Tech Lead DevOps Engineer at NICE Ltd., you will take a technical leadership role in the CSA Infrastructure group, driving the design, scalability, security, and operational excellence of cloud platforms while mentoring engineers and shaping DevOps best practices across teams.
• • Day to day, you will lead the design and operation of large-scale cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure, drive Infrastructure as Code strategy, troubleshoot complex production issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor DevOps engineers, lead observability and incident response initiatives, evaluate new tools and AI-driven automation, and proactively identify risks and optimization opportunities.
