📋 Description

• • You will own full-cycle recruitment for mobile gaming roles across Europe, APAC and emerging markets, partnering directly with product, engineering, art, live-ops and UA teams to hire Unity developers, game designers, economy managers, UA analysts, ASO specialists and live-ops producers who ship titles that reach millions of daily players.
• • Build and execute data-driven sourcing strategies that combine LinkedIn, GitHub, ArtStation, Discord communities, game-jams, conference attendee lists and AI-powered talent mapping to create warm pipelines of passive candidates 30–60 days ahead of forecasted headcount.
• • Act as the single point of contact for 2–3 high-growth gaming clients at any one time, embedding yourself in their OKRs, sprint cadence and culture so you can translate business roadmaps into quarterly hiring plans, headcount models and funnel KPIs that the CFO and CTO both trust.
• • Run weekly intake, pipeline-review and post-mortem sessions with hiring managers, using dashboards built in Greenhouse, Ashby or Lever to show conversion rates, time-in-stage, offer-accept and diversity metrics—then turn insights into experiments (e.g., new take-home task, interviewer calibration, referral boost) that cut time-to-hire by 20 % within one quarter.
• • Craft authentic employer-brand stories that resonate with Russian-speaking talent from Minsk to Almaty, localizing job posts, outreach messages and social content while staying compliant with regional labour laws and sanctions requirements.
• • Deliver a white-glove candidate experience that mirrors the polish of the games our clients ship: from first DM to final reference check you ensure every interaction is timely, transparent and infused with genuine enthusiasm for the craft of making great games.
• • Contribute to Tribe.xyz’s internal knowledge base by publishing playbooks on sourcing Unity talent in CIS markets, negotiating equity with senior game designers, or running bias-free portfolio reviews—raising the bar for every recruiter in our 70-person global team.
• • Experiment with AI sourcing tools, programmatic advertising and talent-market intelligence to stay 6–12 months ahead of skill shortages, sharing your learnings in fortnightly guild meetings so the entire Tribe benefits from your curiosity and resourcefulness.
• • Champion diversity and inclusion by building balanced slates, auditing job descriptions for inclusive language and partnering with NGOs that support women and under-represented groups in gaming across Eastern Europe and Central Asia.
