- • **Day-to-Day Responsibilities:**
- • **End-to-End Project Ownership:** You will own the full lifecycle of AI initiatives, from identifying opportunities and framing solutions to delivering production-ready AI agents that automate and optimize business processes. This includes managing risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment to ensure successful adoption and measurable outcomes.
- • **Business Process Redesign:** Analyze existing business processes across departments (e.g., recruitment, finance operations, IT workflows) to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for AI-driven automation. Translate business needs into actionable AI projects with clear scope, success metrics, owners, and timelines.
- • **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Partner closely with the IT AI Center of Excellence, business stakeholders (Finance, HR, Sales, etc.), and AI analysts to redesign processes around AI agents. Ensure seamless integration of AI solutions into existing workflows and drive adoption across teams.
- • **Impact Measurement:** Define and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as hours saved, cycle-time reduction, deflection rates, and ROI. Ensure every initiative reaches production with documented handover to operations and ongoing ownership.
- • **Stakeholder Management:** Engage with executives and functional leaders to align AI initiatives with business goals. Communicate progress, challenges, and outcomes effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- • **AI Platform Expertise:** Leverage platforms like Anthropic Claude and Microsoft Copilot Studio to design and deploy AI agents that automate end-to-end processes. Stay abreast of emerging AI technologies and trends to continuously enhance NICE’s AI capabilities.
