đź“‹ Description
- • As a Technical Architect - Salesforce Federal Delivery, you will be a pivotal hands-on technical leader, instrumental in the comprehensive design, development, and governance of high-impact digital transformation solutions for the Federal Public Sector.
- • This role is at the forefront of bridging the gap between traditional Public Sector Solutions (PSS) and the modern AI era, leveraging cutting-edge Salesforce technologies including OmniStudio, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- • You will collaborate closely with Solution Architects to define and lead the architectural strategy for Agentforce, a groundbreaking initiative focused on implementing autonomous AI agents to significantly streamline Federal service delivery.
- • As the ultimate owner of technical quality, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all designed solutions are not only robust and efficient but also inherently scalable, secure, and fully compliant with stringent Federal mandates such as FISMA, FedRAMP, and Section 508 accessibility standards.
- • You will lead the end-to-end technical strategy for large-scale PSS projects, ensuring a seamless and effective orchestration between core Salesforce components: Service Cloud for sophisticated case management, Experience Cloud for engaging constituent portals, and Marketing Cloud for automated, journey-based communication.
- • A key aspect of your role will involve architecting and deploying Agentforce solutions, specifically designed to automate complex Federal workflows.
- • This will include leveraging the power of Data Cloud and Large Language Models (LLMs) to deliver intelligent, compliant, and personalized constituent interactions.
- • You will be responsible for designing secure, scalable integration architectures that facilitate seamless communication between Salesforce Government Cloud and various external Federal legacy systems.
- • This integration work will utilize standard protocols such as REST, SOAP, OAuth, and SAML, with a strict adherence to NIEM (National Information Exchange Model) standards.
- • You will serve as the principal technical liaison, effectively bridging the communication gap between development teams and critical Federal stakeholders, including Information System Security Officers (ISSOs) and Enterprise Architects (EAs).
- • Your proactive engagement will be crucial in mitigating risks associated with performance bottlenecks and potential security vulnerabilities, ensuring the integrity and reliability of the deployed solutions.
- • You will own and drive the Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) strategy for a complex multi-cloud environment.
- • This involves ensuring that automated deployment pipelines meet the rigorous requirements of Federal DevSecOps practices and stringent change management protocols.
- • You will lead and mentor a team of talented developers through rigorous code review processes, instilling a culture of 'security-by-design' and actively working to minimize technical debt across all Salesforce clouds.
- • Staying abreast of the latest Salesforce trends, including advancements in Government Cloud Plus, Service Cloud capabilities, and the evolving Agentforce ecosystem, will be essential to providing innovative and forward-thinking solutions for Federal clients.
- • This role demands a deep understanding of the unique challenges and compliance requirements within the Federal government sector, requiring you to translate complex business needs into effective, secure, and scalable Salesforce solutions.
- • You will be expected to contribute to pre-sales activities, providing technical expertise and architectural vision to potential clients, and helping to shape proposals and statements of work.
- • Your ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences will be paramount in building trust and ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- • You will play a key role in defining best practices for Salesforce development and architecture within the Federal space, contributing to the overall growth and maturity of the organization's capabilities.
- • This position offers a unique opportunity to work on mission-critical projects that have a direct impact on public service delivery and national initiatives.
- • You will be empowered to make significant technical decisions and drive innovation within a supportive and collaborative team environment.
- • The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, a commitment to continuous learning, and a passion for leveraging technology to solve complex societal challenges.
- • Your expertise will be vital in ensuring that Federal agencies can effectively leverage the Salesforce platform to modernize their operations, enhance constituent services, and achieve their strategic goals in an increasingly digital world.
