📋 Description

• Serve as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications for software development projects.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, QA engineers, and clients to define scope, prioritize features, and ensure alignment between business goals and technical delivery.
• Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements through digital transformation, automation, or system enhancements.
• Document functional and non-functional requirements using standardized templates, user stories, use cases, process flows, and wireframes as needed.
• Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions, workshops, and sprint planning meetings with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.
• Work closely with Microsoft Cloud, Tricentis, Creatio, and Doxee platforms to understand integration points, configuration needs, and customization requirements for client solutions.
• Support the delivery of enterprise-grade systems in Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BSFI), Telecom, Retail, Energy, Automotive, Manufacturing, Logistics, and High Tech industries.
• Validate that developed solutions meet business objectives by conducting UAT coordination, test case review, and feedback collection from end-users.
• Maintain traceability of requirements from inception through deployment, ensuring compliance with internal quality standards and client-specific governance frameworks.
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables, flagging risks or scope creep early to enable proactive mitigation with stakeholders and engineering leads.
• Leverage knowledge of AI, Data & Analytics, Cloud, DevOps, IoT, and Test Automation technologies to assess feasibility and impact of proposed solutions.
• Act as a subject matter expert on client business domains, gaining deep understanding of industry-specific workflows and regulatory environments.
• Communicate technical constraints and trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders in clear, jargon-free language while advocating for technical best practices within business discussions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of internal BA methodologies, templates, and knowledge repositories based on lessons learned across global client engagements.
• Participate in client demos, presentations, and status reviews to represent the technical business analysis function and reinforce trust in Qualysoft’s delivery capabilities.
• Support team augmentation and dedicated team models by providing consistent, high-quality business analysis support to client projects regardless of engagement type.
• Maintain up-to-date awareness of Qualysoft’s strategic partnerships and certified technologies to accurately position solution capabilities during client interactions.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst in software development environments
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements using industry-standard documentation methods
• Experience working with enterprise software projects in BSFI, Telecom, Retail, Energy, Automotive, Manufacturing, Logistics, or High Tech industries
• Familiarity with Microsoft Cloud, Tricentis, Creatio, or Doxee platforms is highly preferred
