  • • This role is a dynamic fusion of sophisticated relationship management and deep technical acumen, demanding an individual who can confidently engage with clients, thoroughly grasp intricate technical workflows, and adeptly translate their unique business objectives into scalable, technology-driven solutions that drive tangible results.
  • • You will be instrumental in ensuring our clients not only adopt but also maximize the value derived from our platform, fostering long-term partnerships built on trust, technical expertise, and exceptional service.
  • • A core responsibility involves understanding each client's strategic goals, meticulously mapping these aspirations to the specific capabilities, established workflows, and defined deliverables of our platform, ensuring a seamless and effective integration.
  • • You will lead and facilitate technical discussions, providing support that may include light troubleshooting of platform issues, insightful interpretation of data to inform client strategies, and guidance on potential integrations with their existing tech stacks.
  • • The role requires you to design and execute structured onboarding experiences for new clients, utilizing clear, concise documentation, compelling visuals, and interactive walkthroughs to ensure a smooth and efficient transition onto the platform.
  • • Proactive account health monitoring is paramount; you will continuously assess client engagement and satisfaction, identify potential risks to retention or expansion early on, and implement strategies to mitigate these risks and foster growth opportunities.
  • • You will act as a crucial liaison, collaborating closely with our operations, production, and executive leadership teams to guarantee the timely, accurate, and high-quality delivery of services and solutions to our clients.
  • • Maintaining meticulous records of client interactions, progress, and workflows within our CRM system, such as HubSpot or similar tools, is essential for tracking progress and ensuring continuity of service.
  • • This position offers a unique opportunity to work with fast-growing global companies, contributing directly to their success while building a sustainable, remote career.
  • • You will be expected to work within the U.S. Eastern Time (EST) zone, Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders and operational needs.
  • • The role reports directly to the Executive Leadership, providing a direct line of communication and influence within the organization.
  • • You will be empowered to drive client retention and expansion by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on a deep understanding of client needs and platform capabilities.
  • • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base of the platform's features, functionalities, and best practices will be key to providing expert guidance to clients.
  • • You will be responsible for gathering client feedback and translating it into actionable insights for product development and service improvement.
  • • The ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively and meeting deadlines, is critical for success in this fast-paced environment.
