📋 Description

• • As a Technical Consultant II for Alkami's Segmint platform, you will play a critical role in enabling financial institutions to onboard, engage, and grow customer relationships through data-driven technology. You will be part of a small, high-impact team responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and ongoing stability of the Segmint solution, directly contributing to client success and platform reliability.
• • Day to day, you will validate client data extracts for new implementations, coach clients through iterative data submission cycles, troubleshoot production support tickets, assist with SFTP configuration and data transmission, participate in technical discovery calls, maintain internal documentation, and serve as a technical liaison between clients and internal teams.
