- • As a Technical Consultant for Patient Monitoring in the Alps region, you will develop, install, and support technical system solutions for Medical Acquisition & Therapy Control (MA&TC) throughout the entire project lifecycle, directly contributing to improved patient care through reliable healthcare technology.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include providing technical sales support by advising project managers, preparing Statements of Work, pre-configuring and installing demo systems, calculating IT services and hardware costs, and assisting with tender responses based on technical feasibility.
- • You will install, configure, and integrate MA&TC solutions into customer environments, conduct functional testing, ensure system compatibility, transfer systems to remote support, create technical documentation, resolve customer-specific technical issues, and provide ongoing post-go-live Level 2 support, including software updates and fault correction orders in compliance with regulations.
- • You will join a purpose-driven team at Philips focused on delivering innovative, patient-centered healthcare technology, where you can grow your technical and interpersonal skills while contributing to global health outcomes through meaningful work in medical technology.
🎯 Requirements
- • Completed degree (Diploma/Master) in Medical Technology, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification
- • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience
- • Strong IT and networking knowledge
- • Fluency in both German and English
- • Experience in MA&TC project management or service is advantageous
- • Excellent communication, negotiation, and social skills
