Technical Enablement Engineer

📋 Description

• • As a Technical Enablement Engineer at Semperis, you will play a critical role in building and operating the hands-on lab ecosystem that powers technical training, certification, and partner enablement for Semperis’ identity security products, directly contributing to the company’s mission of being a Force for Good in cybersecurity.
• • Day to day, you will design and maintain scalable, multi-tenant lab environments using platforms like Skillable, create scenario-based labs aligned with real-world use cases (e.g., identity hardening, incident response, forest recovery), automate validation logic, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and certification teams to ensure labs reflect current product releases and learning objectives.
• • You will join the Global Technical Enablement team within Semperis, a recognized leader in cybersecurity innovation and employee experience, consistently ranked among America’s Fastest-Growing Cybersecurity Companies and a top workplace for its purpose-driven, growth-focused culture.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise identity security (Active Directory, Entra ID/Azure AD), gain hands-on experience with lab automation and certification program design, and develop leadership in technical enablement by shaping how internal and external audiences learn and validate critical cybersecurity skills.
