- • Lead technical enablement initiatives to empower teams in effectively adopting and utilizing enterprise AI tools and platforms across the organization.
- • Develop and deliver targeted training programs that enhance technical competencies and drive proficiency in software applications, cloud platforms, data analytics tools, and AI systems.
- • Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT resources to translate operational needs into technology-enabled solutions that deliver measurable business value.
- • Facilitate the adoption of cutting-edge technologies by identifying barriers, designing change management strategies, and providing ongoing support to end users.
- • Administer enterprise AI tools including configuring access controls, managing licensing, monitoring usage and adoption rates, and communicating usage policies to employees.
- • Establish and promote best practices for optimizing technology usage to align with organizational goals and improve operational efficiency.
- • Stay current with emerging trends in enterprise AI, tooling advancements, governance frameworks, and industry standards to inform enablement strategies.
- • Analyze integration requirements and technical workflows to identify optimal solutions that enhance productivity and reduce friction across teams.
- • Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, product managers, and end users to ensure seamless technology deployment and adoption.
- • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, updates, and roadmaps for all systems in use to provide accurate guidance and training materials.
- • Scope, plan, and execute technology-related projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
- • Serve as a trusted advisor to non-technical teams, translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights tailored to diverse audiences.
- • Coordinate with external vendors on deployment, support, and updates for enterprise technology platforms to ensure continuity and performance.
- • Support minimum travel requirements (<10%) for site visits, training sessions, or organizational events between Curriculum Associates locations.
- • Contribute to a culture of continuous learning by encouraging curiosity, knowledge sharing, and skill development across all levels of the organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in technical enablement, project management, or a similar role
- • Solid understanding of software applications, cloud platforms, data analytics tools, and enterprise AI platforms and tooling
- • Experience administering enterprise AI tools, including configuring access, managing licensing, monitoring usage, and communicating policies
- • Proven ability to develop and deliver training programs that improve technical competency across teams
- • Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
- • Experience scoping, planning, and executing technology-related projects
