📋 Description

• As a Technical Lead for Developer Experience (DevEx) and Cloud Infrastructure at Traackr Inc., you will play a pivotal role in enhancing engineering productivity, delivery safety, and production reliability across the organization. This role is critical to ensuring that Traackr’s engineering teams can build, test, and deploy software efficiently and securely, directly impacting the company’s ability to innovate and deliver value to its global customer base in the influencer marketing SaaS space.
• You will lead efforts to identify pain points in the software development lifecycle—such as slow build times, inconsistent local environments, or manual deployment processes—and implement targeted improvements that reduce friction and increase velocity. Simultaneously, you will ensure the cloud infrastructure remains secure, scalable, observable, and resilient, supporting Traackr’s growing platform demands.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities will include designing and refining internal developer tools, CLI utilities, and standardized development environments; improving CI/CD pipelines and release engineering practices; driving AI-enabled automation initiatives; managing cloud infrastructure (primarily AWS) with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) principles; and establishing observability, monitoring, and alerting standards to enhance production reliability.
• You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and leadership teams to align technical initiatives with business goals, translating complex technical tradeoffs into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong written and verbal communication in English is essential for documenting processes, leading discussions, and fostering adoption of best practices.
• You will mentor and guide engineers across teams, promoting a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and mutual success—core values at Traackr—while advocating for developer productivity as a strategic priority.

• Traackr operates with a remote-first model, with collaboration hours aligned to the Eastern Time Zone. While the role is 100% remote, occasional in-person attendance may be required for team trainings, strategic meetings, or company gatherings, as determined by your manager.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading Developer Experience (DevEx), platform engineering, or cloud infrastructure initiatives in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms (preferably AWS), infrastructure-as-code (Terraform or CloudFormation), CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI), and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Demonstrated ability to design, build, and maintain internal developer tools, CLI applications, and standardized development environments that improve engineering workflows.
• Experience with observability tools (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) and practices to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A track record of driving adoption of technical improvements through collaboration, influence, and data-driven decision-making.
