🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in software engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in engineering management or team leadership.
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.
• Proficiency in Java or another object-oriented programming language.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to mentor and motivate engineering teams.
• Exceptional analytical reasoning and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
