- • As a Technical Operations Administrator at Jigsaw LLC, you will be a critical enabler of the company’s technology infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations across hardware, software, and cloud environments to support a growing global client base in professional services and financial sectors. Your work directly impacts the reliability, security, and scalability of systems that empower thousands of users worldwide to visualise and leverage complex data—making you a foundational contributor to Jigsaw’s mission of transforming how institutions organise and use information.
- • Day to day, you will build, maintain, and support internal hardware setups using Intune and Kandji to ensure consistent, secure device configurations across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments; provision and manage user accounts across Microsoft 365, Zoom, HubSpot, and other SaaS platforms with strict adherence to access controls and lifecycle management; monitor, assess, and enhance cybersecurity posture through endpoint protection, patch management, and vulnerability tracking to safeguard sensitive client and company data; deploy and configure customer-facing environments in both Azure cloud and on-premises settings, ensuring smooth rollouts and minimal disruption during updates or migrations; and create, update, and maintain clear, user-friendly technical documentation and runbooks that empower non-technical colleagues to troubleshoot common issues and adopt new tools confidently.
